In response to the rising demands for quality architectural and engineering services at the late 70s, East Consulting Engineering Center (ECEC) was established in the year of 1979 by Eng. Ahmed AlAbdulkarim, a young Civil Engineer graduated from the University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran - Saudi Arabia. The sprit and vision of the founder fittingly matched this economic sector challenges and lead the company to a brillant position in Architectural and Engineering Consultancy business.
