Project details:

ECEC’s scope was to Design and Supervise the construction of the 10,000 worker accommodation camp, providing the best environment and facilities for the laborers who will be involved in the construction, planning and execution of the NEOM Project over a 10-year period. The scope involved the design, engineering and supervision of the entire village, demonstrating excellence in master planning and design while taking into account the vision of NEOM and the Saudi Quality of Life Program goals.

The construction village marks the beginning of the NEOM vision to be the first living hub for innovation and the vision starts from providing distinct accommodation camps for the laborers. The camp designed by ECEC is one of the first camps for the laborers in NEOM. Located in a land of 567,083 square meter, the Village includes around 237 labor accommodation units, multiple Sports & Entertainment facilities, dining facilities, access to medical care, mosques, Utility buildings and various other facilities that ensure a pleasant and easy stay at the residential village.
